“Metasiberia” (Metasiberia), hereinafter referred to as the “Service”, is a software platform for creating and managing interactive 3D spaces and digital twins. These Terms apply to the web service and the Metasiberia virtual world.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You are responsible for accurate account information and for protecting your credentials. You are responsible for actions performed through your account.
Metasiberia treats virtual space as a shared digital home based on good-neighbourliness, good faith and respect for other users, their spaces and content. Users should avoid interfering with others or normal operation of the shared space.
Users retain rights in their content and must have the rights needed to publish it. Parcel content must not materially and adversely affect Metasiberia servers, clients or other spaces; for example, avoid unjustifiably high polygon counts or texture resolution that may materially impair the Service.
Pornographic materials, excessively graphic or unjustified violence, illegal content and content infringing third-party rights are prohibited.
Threats, bullying, harassment, targeted humiliation or insults, aggressive conduct, fraud, malware distribution and other unlawful use are prohibited.
The Service may not be used for political or religious campaigning, propaganda, organised campaigns or imposing such views on others. This does not prohibit personal beliefs.
Do not disable servers, interfere with infrastructure, create intentional excessive load, exploit vulnerabilities, bypass restrictions or obtain unauthorised access.
Do not damage, block or alter other users' spaces, objects or content without permission, and do not create unjustified obstacles for other participants.
The Operator may limit or terminate access for breach of these Terms or law, security threats, material disruption, prohibited content or other lawful grounds. Temporary limits may apply while circumstances are reviewed.
The Service depends on technical infrastructure. Maintenance, updates, outages and other circumstances may affect availability; continuous operation is not guaranteed.
User rights in lawful content remain with the user or rightsholder. Rights in the software, interface, architecture and Operator materials remain with their respective rightsholders.
Users are responsible for compliance, lawful content, necessary permissions, credential security and consequences of account actions.
The Operator may amend these Terms. Changes are published at /terms; continued use after they take effect means acceptance unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
These Terms apply subject to law applicable to the relevant relationship and do not limit non-waivable user rights.
